In all Meditative Fitness classes, each participant is taught and progressed according to their particular needs and readiness. The age of participants, ranges from 10 to 70 years or older. Also, Class instruction is determined by the specific needs of the participants.

Meditative Fitness Programs (MedFit) is a subsidiary of The WHAI, LLC (Wellness & Healing Arts Institute). It is a “members only” educational holistic fitness association that provides its members with various proprietary educational health and fitness programs. Programs/classes are conducted during three to four month trimesters, annually. All of its programs are designed to progressively teach and empower members to heal themselves, by providing them with the necessary support, tools, and knowledge needed to take responsibility for their state of health and life conditions.

Each Meditative Fitness Program is conducted as a monthly educational fitness class, and is designed to teach members how to refine and heal themselves by relying on the ancient energy principles and practices of Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and Meditation. Specifically, members are taught how to identify and harmonize their “essential self,” which is comprised of Mind, Breath, Divine Energy (life energy), Energy Meridians and Chakras. By learning how to better control their mind activity, breathe properly, identify and correct misdirected energy flow, and eliminate accumulated blockages within the essential self, members become the master of their overall health and life conditions. Hence, they learn to activate their inherent healing powers and full mind potential, resulting in enhanced and lasting, physical, spiritual, and emotional health and well-being. >>CLASSES
